Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: 6 July 2026
You can disconnect any account you have linked to ContentStation, and ask us to delete the data we hold about you or your business, at any time.
Facebook & Instagram
To remove ContentStation’s access to your Facebook Page or Instagram account, do either of the following:
- In Facebook: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, find ContentStation, and remove it. This immediately invalidates the access tokens we hold.
- Ask us: contact us via the enquiry form (or your usual contact at Local Exposure) and we will disconnect the account for you.
Once disconnected, we delete the stored access tokens and account identifiers. If you would also like the history of posts we drafted or published on your behalf removed from our systems, say so in your request and we will delete it within 30 days and confirm.
Google (Search Console / Analytics)
Remove sharing in your website’s Site Kit settings (or ask us to). We then delete any cached statistics on request.
Everything else
To have your account, your business’s data or an enquiry deleted, contact us via the enquiry form. We action deletion requests within 30 days and confirm when complete. See our privacy policy for what we hold and why.
